Return Policy (USA)
We accept returns from the United States.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which allows customers to return unused meal boxes within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging and tags.
Return method: mail.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The meal box must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- All tags must be attached.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Please note: Items that have been used or altered in any way (such as those with food stains, scratches, or dents) are not eligible for return.
How to Make a Return?
To initiate a return, please contact our support team via email at [email protected]. In your email, include the following information:
- Order number
- Product(s) to return
- Reason for return
If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please make sure to package the meal box securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
Important: We will not accept returns of products without prior approval from our customer support team.
Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective Products: If the meal box is defective, damaged, or incorrect (including shipping damage), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For Customer’s Personal Reasons: If you ordered the wrong product, size, or simply no longer need the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we will still provide a return label for your convenience.
Damage and Problems
We encourage you to inspect your meal box immediately after receiving your order. If you discover that the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at [email protected]. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering one of the following options:
- A replacement meal box sent to you at no additional cost
- A full refund for the defective or incorrect item
What if the Product You Received is Defective?
If you receive a defective or damaged meal box, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will verify the issue and offer one of the following solutions:
- Send you a replacement meal box
- Refund you in full

Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your meal box for another one, we recommend returning the original item first and then placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures the exchange process goes smoothly and we can send the new item as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned meal box, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company, and could take a few additional days.
